Which files can I submit?
STL is the most common format. Don't have a file? Send us a photo and we'll look at the options.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 48 hours, free and without obligation.
What is the maximum size you can print?
330 x 320 x 325 mm (WxDxH). Larger objects can be split into parts that are screwed or glued together.
Which materials do you use?
PLA as standard, PETG is also possible. ABS and ASA on request for extra-strong or UV-resistant parts.
How long does delivery take?
3-5 working days after ordering, shipping throughout Belgium.
Can I have my own design printed?
Yes — upload your file via the quote request, or configure directly in the shop if it's a coupling, gear or similar part.
My part is no longer available and I don't have a file — can you still make it?
Send a photo (preferably with a ruler next to it, or send in the original part) and we'll see whether a replica is feasible.
